Who can participate?

Anyone and everyone! However, if you feel unwell, please do not attend Run for the Hills.


Can I run with my dog?

Participants can run with their dogs in the Family Fun Run (3.7km) only. Owners must ensure that their dogs are on a leash and are under control at all times throughout the day. Owners will accept all responsibility for their dog’s actions. Please see our T&Cs for more details.


Can my child register and run on their own?

Children under the age of 16 must register with an adult and be accompanied by them on the day.


Can I run with my baby?

Yes! We encourage participants to bring their babies along, however babies are only permitted in the Family Fun Run (3.7km) and must be in prams.


How do I change my course?

Once logged in, navigate the Menu and select My Profile, then click the Edit button next to your name where you’ll be able to change your course along with your other personal details.


Where can I park on the day?

Event parking will be located on the grassed area at the southern end of the park adjacent to the Bunya trees. Access will be by way of the concrete driveway which emanates from the sealed access road to Bella Vista Oval. In addition, official parking for authorized vehicles will be available in the marked sealed parking area adjacent to the amenities building.


Will First Aid be available?

Members of the Hills Rural Fire Service will be on-site to provide first aid assistance to participants where required. They will also be patrolling the course to assist any participant who may need assistance and/or encounter difficulties whilst participating.


Is there a finisher medal?

Yes! Everyone that participates in the 2024 Run for the Hills will receive an awesome Medal of Completion at the finish lineline.
